How can I remove debit card from my Apple Wallet?

Are you trying to add? or remove? Your post mentions both.
If you're trying to remove an existing card, open your wallet, select your card, then tap the ... menu in the top corner and select Card Details. At the bottom of this screen is an option to Remove Card.
