Searching for an Apple-based document management application to replace Tungsten Automation

I need an Apple based application to continue managing my documents and staying paperless. Koufax's fees have moved from less than $100 years ago to $2,500 per year which is untenable. I need to be able to move my data (about 750 gb) prior to June in order to obtain my data or pay another. $2,500. I feel blackmailed - holding my data hostage.
