set up a "touch accomodations" shortcut for when I use the camera

I hate that the camera will change modes and do all kinds of other things when I am trying to take a pic so I ran across the "touch accommodations" feature in Accessibility and wondered, can I set up a shortcut so that whenever I am using the cam, touching something will take a little longer for it to actually do something, like take the picture and not have it think I want to do something else like change modes, look at pics I've already taken, etc, etc just because I had to move my hands around it to take the pic.*

I tried to set up a shortcut but didn't get very far. Turning on touch accommodations is not offered as an option I can add. I used to have a shortcut that would prevent the cam options from rotating when I rotated the camera but that didn't work very well. Maybe shortcuts for the cam don't work very well but I at least want to try this.

*Even better would be an option or app that hid ALL the other options when you want to actually take the pic, leaving only the shutter button. You could tap the other button, in a corner perhaps, so that you could set the timer, turn the flash on or off, change modes, etc and then tap that button again to go back into the take pictures mode, which would use whatever settings you had just set up. It's way to easy to accidentally change something you don't want to change when taking pics with an ipad (even worse with a regular iPad, bet...) Maybe an app already exists that has that built in?

Thanks for any help.
