Invites App Not Allowing New Invites to Be Sent or Approve Guests

I have created an invitation for a big private party and am encountering some bugs (perhaps related to the number of people I have invited - which I see adds up to 100 - 17 Going, 4 Maybe, 79 Invited).

The Invites App was being super laggy when trying to "Invite Individuals." So I updated my phone to iOS 18.4 and updated the Invites App to version 1.1 in an attempt to feature

1. The Invites app is now not allowing me to invite additional people using the Invite Individuals > Choose a Guest > Scroll down to list of contacts who haven't been invited > Click the name > click any of the icons and it goes gray for a second and then nothing happens.
2. The Invites app is not allowing me to approve someone "Requesting to Join".
