Apple Business Account Locked

Good Morning!


I recently created a new apple account for my company, in this process I transferred my App Store app from my personal Apple ID to my new business ID.


Unfortunately a few days after the transfer apple has disabled my new account - and now I cannot update or make changes to my app!


I made an automated request for access but was denied.


I’m not sure what was the reason for locking the account, besides transferring and setting up the account I haven't used it for anything. The only thing I can think of was adding my office to Apple Maps and that was denied right before the account was locked. This account has properly been set up as developer and has paid the appropriate sign up fee.


Do you all have any suggestions on where to go to get this resolved or even find the reason? Access to the app is critical for my business, which is legitimate and has a website and a healthy number of users. If the account can't be re-activated, at the very least I need to transfer the app back to my personal account. The app is still visible on the app store.
