Sleep focus keeps turning off on Apple Watch

Apple Watch 10 WatchOS 11.4, iPhone 16+ IOS 18.4

I have a sleep schedule set up through Apple Health. Prior to the 18 update, Sleep Focus (phone and watch) always turned on according to my set schedule. Now it turns off sometime during the night, and notifications interrupt my already crappy sleep. Theater mode helps, but is there a fix? A 5:50am notification telling me to stand is not a good alarm! :-)

I have disabled the Stand Reminders in the settings for Activities on the Apple Watch, even Sleep Mode does not stop those reminders on the watch.

As for the rest of the issues, did you already try to force restart your iPhone and Apple Watch?

Force restart iPhone - Apple Support

To force restart your watch, press and hold the Digital Crown and the Side button together for about 10sec, until the Apple logo comes back again.

I've silenced all notifications in Sleep Focus. Prior to the last major update, there was never a problem with 'break-through' stand reminders. The first reminder of the day never happened until I was already up and moving. I regularly re-boot all my devices so I'm not sure what a forced re-boot would do. I don't normally resort to that unless a device is complete frozen. For what it's worth I've had Apple Watches since 2017 and my first iPhone was a 3. This all started after the IOS18 update. I keep hoping an subsequent update will address the problem, but so far no luck.
