I tried to go on my Apple Watch yesterday to start a workout for rollerblading and I didn’t see it so I had to use regular skating for skateboarding instead.

This type of workout seems not to be included in the default workout types at this time.
However, if you use the Feedback link, you can tell Apple directly about your wishes for future watchOS updates.
This is the only way to reach them, as Apple does not follow theses user to user communities.
I am missing the 'Rollerblading' workout option on Apple Watch
