I cannot access reportaproblem.apple.com (502 bad gateway)

Every time I attempt to visit this site today, I run into a "502 bad gateway" error. I tried my iphone, mac, switched wifi connections and nothing seems to work. Only thing I see is a "correlation key", it says "Correlation Key: XAVA6CVXVWWGSIXSSSKIJ3RYWE"
