Issue with Alarm Sync Across Two Apple Watches
I’m experiencing a problem with alarm synchronization between my iPhone and two Apple Watches. When I update a wake-up alarm (set via the Sleep app) on my iPhone, it syncs correctly to the Apple Watch I was last wearing, but the second watch retains the old alarm settings and rings at the previous time. Additionally, dismissing the alarm on my iPhone does not stop the alarm on the second watch, causing issues like waking me up too early or ringing at home when I’m already gone, disturbing others.
For example, if I change my alarm from 7:00 AM to 8:00 AM on my iPhone, the last-worn watch updates to 8:00 AM, but the second watch still rings at 7:00 AM. And also the other way around, after dismissing an earlier alarm on my iPhone or the first watch, the second watch continues to sound unless I manually turn it off there too.
I’d like to know if there’s a way to:
- Sync alarm changes across both watches automatically.
- Stop the second watch from ringing when I dismiss the alarm on my iPhone or the first watch.
- Prevent alarms from sounding on a watch that’s charging or not being worn.
I’ve tried checking settings in the Watch app, but I can’t find a solution. Both watches are paired to the same iPhone and running the latest software as of April 2025. Any assistance or a recommended fix would be greatly appreciated!
Thank you
