Unable to respond in group chat on iPhone

I have one specific group chat on my phone where there is physically no textbox on all my devices. I have tried force quitting the app, restarting my phone, turning off I messages, leaving the group chat, deleting the group chatm and everything online says to do. I can still see all the messages being sent I just cant respond on any devices.
