My Business locations and names on connect keep getting rejected

I work for a business that has multiple locations across the country. The locations are all named based on where they are, like Businessname city. The problem I'm having is I can't rename the business to be something different from the brand. Maps also seems to not be up to date so when I input the address, some of the locations can't be found. I drop a pin on the location based on its coordinates but none of my locations have been approved.

How do I deal with this?
