How do I resolve a family member's missing visibility and activity data in Family Sharing?

My daughter has been and still is signed in with her apple id, but she cant view family in findmy and she is no longer visible for family members. It is saying she needs to sign in, but again, she already is. I also can no longer view her activity data either. In both her phone and mine, she appears to be signed in, but no resolution.
