You don't have access to your Titanium Card expiration date and Security Code, or even the full account number of the Titanium Card.. The numbers you see are for your Virtual Apple Card and those numbers are not the same as your Titanium Card. Your Virtual Card expiration date and security code will be updated by Apple(or more specifically by Goldman Sachs) automatically.

Your Apple Card has multiple sets of numbers. The physical card has a separate set of card (account) numbers, the virtual set that you can change both the number and security code.

Lastly, the Token used to represent your card when you use Apple Pay. The token uses a DPAN, Device Primary Account Number, specific to each device you add the card to. The DPAN issues a payment token with a unique ID/number for each transaction with Apple Pay. The Payment Token is onetime use, so merchants can’t reuse it etc.

You can only alter the virtual card number. The bank controls the physical card number and Tokens for use with Apple Pay.
