Fileproviderd taking 99% of CPU and won't load.

I have a MBA Apple M1, (8gb RAM), running Sequoia 15.3.2. When I open apps such as Cursor/VS Code, and use key chord (CMD+O, to open a folder), the finder window doesn't show up and fileproviderd (in Activity Monitor) it taking like 90-99% CPU, but the Finder "open/save" window doesn't load. I have relaunched Finder (via Force Quit), and have restarted my Mac, but nothing works.
