How do I escalate an unresolved Apple Card dispute involving a scam seller?

I ordered a specific product, I received the incorrect product. The seller would not help me at all. I submitted a dispute showing the aforementioned and they denied it stating I didn’t return the items. So I submitted proof that the seller wouldn’t allow me to return it nor would the website I bought it on. They have denied it again without giving me a reason despite OBVIOUS scamming occurring. What do I do? I feel so helpless.

I see you, in addition to the dispute department, also haven’t read what I wrote….

In your post, it sounded as if you had submitted a dispute to the seller. You never mentioned submitting anything to Goldman Sachs. My deepest apologies for not reading your mind.

Best of luck.

Hi, there is a short time limit for editing posts immediately after posting.

In regard to your dispute, banks are regulated by multiple state and federal agencies and inspected regularly for compliance. Apple has no legal standing to interfere with the banks authority and compliance with federal and state regulations.

Your dispute is with Goldman Sachs Bank. How did you dispute the charges, via chat, phone call, or USPS?

Who is the merchant and who is the website? What country are they in?
