Is there a way to download a css file of all Apple Cash transactions that I have sent via messages? If I could drill down to a certain timeframe or person that funds were sent to that would be great but if I can get just a file with everything that works too.

It’s a violation of terms and conditions for commercial/business use. The small accounting of cash transactions is necessary for personal transactions, I think is their reasoning.

They are essentially cash transactions and the transaction show on your Apple Cash card on your iPhone.
Find the person you sent funds to, tap the transaction and your entire history with that person will show. Screenshots like below are your best chance of finding a transaction.
