How do I get a refund for unauthorized Roblox purchases on my child's Apple Account?

I’m the parent of the account holder. My child made 31 unauthorized Robux purchases on March 24, 2025, totaling $309.69.

The purchases were not approved and the Robux hasn’t been used. Please help with a refund.
