I provided a specific answer to your question in the other discussion that you started. This one: Ipod not shown in devices - Apple Community.
As asked there, do you have iTunes installed on your computer? It looks (from the screenshot that you posted) that your computer is using Windows 11, in which case you will need to download and install iTunes, which you can do from the following page: iTunes - Apple
As stated in the other discussion, you do not need to have an iTunes account to manage an iPod nano; instead you can manage it (add music to it) by using the iTunes programme (application). Note that iTunes can mean two different things, but people do get confused about that difference:
Once we know that you have iTunes on your computer, we can advise you further about adding purchased music, including music on CDs if you have them, to iTunes and then to the iPod.
A couple of things to note though:
I realise that this might all sound complicated, but if you follow the steps provided we can help you get music onto your iPod nano.
Sorry, your question is not clear.
You signed in to Apple what? Where? to do what?
Got Home Page on what? On the iPod? On a Windows PC? where? what exactly did you do?
What model of iPod is it exactly?

Technically, the Apple Devices app can be used to sync music to an iPod nano. It does not absolutely need to be the iTunes Application, but I still think iTunes remains a better application than the new apps for this.
Crooky, needs to actually download either Application before any one can continue helping them.
Looking at their history, it's the third time they ask about this, but it seems they have not continued with either posts.
If they stick to one and come back, we can help them get it done.
Yer I'd like to thank everyone ,who has taken the time to reply to my add . I had this. Old nano I've not used in around 17 years. I don't remember have this trouble loading cds onto a platform that helps compile a collection of music ready to transfer to my iPod. So to thank you all for helping. I first contacted a text help line on Apple. They saw the problem as many of you did ( BUT not me ) the assistant pointed out ,All you have done is sign into Apple . You have not downloaded the platform to conect your iPod to . The Apple is for purchasing music not transferring your own CD's to a ipod . OK I know you youngsters knew that from the word go . But guys I was born when music was listened to on a turntable or a cassette only 1951 was a good year and in the 70s I bought top of the line hi fi kit . And I still buy good class hi fi kit now . But the one big thing I forgot about was downloading a app to connect my iPod. Thank you all for you help a happy 74 year old 😊
I bought my first seven inch single in 1967, so I'm not that much younger than you and effectively also from the vinyl generation (note, not "vinyls").
Life - and our technology, are complex, and take it from me, even the young have trouble understanding it.
If you need any further assistance, please ask.
