Macbook Photo Memories not working - ever

Hi there, my photo memories on my M1 Macbook have never worked and I've had plenty of support from Apple to no avail. We've tried many different ways to solve this but it seems to be unsolvable. Just wondering if anyone has had the same issue and been able to fix it.

I've just updated to Sequoia 15.4 which has updated a couple of Photos features and I'm hoping that maybe it will have a positive affect but I know it's highly unlikely as there was no mention of it in the list of changes.

Anyone else having the same issue? Any news from Apple?
