Several issues with parental control

Hello, I have set up parental control for two kids (13 and 11yo) accessing a Mac (Sequoia). I have had several issues:

1- Erroneous time reported (e.g. one kid did not use the laptop and yet had 10 minutes youtube assigned)

2- Third party apps are not properly managed (e.g. Chrome browser overrides all web limitations)

3- Usage of third party apps can override any limit.

About the last one: kids showed me yesterday how they open Chrome and navigate to Youtube in full screen mode, when the time limit comes, they ask for "1 minute more" and after that they exit the full screen mode. From that point on, they can use Chrome without limit.

Of course, this could be a Chrome bug as well, but IMHO managing of applications should be completely under control of the OS, right?
