Why are my AirPods Pro not connecting to my iPhone?

Airpods, they don't connect to an iPhone, I've already tried all the ways. I reset the settings to factory settings, the yellow light is on, but the white light is not. I cleaned it, rebooted it, and did everything. What to do?
