My Macbook M3 Pro battery's maximum capacity dropped to 94% within 10 months of purchase.

Initially battery max capacity was at 100%, then it got to 99% and then to 97% and now it suddenly dropped to 94%. It's been just 10 months since I purchased this Macbook M3 Pro. The model is MacBook M3 Pro 14inch 2023.

I see no issue.

With Optimized Battery (battery health management) no one said it is a linear downward progression

Batteries have an estimated 1000 cycle count..

≤ 80% maximum capacity is when Apple suggests the battery is eligible for replacement

The rule of thumb—if you are near the mains leave it plugged in, if you need the portability then run on the battery only—this is how you help optimize your battery charging and extend the working life of your battery by reducing the cycle count.
