The buttons for Mission control, search, and Focus do not work at all anymore. I can still use gestures to activate mission control and can access search & focus through menu bar but none of the key commands work. I have reset keyboard shortcuts and made sure that "use F1 & F2 etc. as standard function keys" is off. Brightness, media and sound buttons all still work.
