Issue with Payment Method for Apple Podcasts in Turkey

I hope this email finds you well. I am experiencing an issue while trying to add a payment method to my Apple ID in Turkey for Apple Podcasts. Specifically, when I attempt to use my Ziraat Bank card, the process does not proceed beyond the payment method step, preventing me from completing the setup.

I have verified that my card is active and valid, and it works for other online transactions. However, it seems that Apple’s system is not accepting it for this particular purpose. Could you please help me understand the reason for this issue and suggest a solution?
