The "for you" section in the gallery does not work
The gallery does not scan my photos for the "For You" section, even after I connected the phone to the power source. Please tell me how to activate the "For You" section

You didn't say what iOS you are using, but I think that "For You" has been replaced in recent OSs with other things. So, if you can, you might try to update your operating system.
Another thing to try is to force a re-start of your phone:
Force restart iPhone - Apple Support
This is different from a simple Power Off. "When the Apple logo appears" after the Power Off slider, is a long time for me.
