How do I resolve 'Your Purchase Could Not Be Completed' error when subscribing on Apple Account?

Any time I want to make a purchase of a subscription, an error code comes like; Your Purchase Could Not Be Completed

You need to contact Apple Support. This is not an issue you can solve on your own.
