How to improve MLS Soccer streaming quality on Apple TV?

MLS soccer on apple tv has the jitters. It's stutters, and freezes. It acts like it's buffering, or has a slow connection, but the connection is fast! Has same problem on all my TVs and devices. 2025, and this still isn't fixed! Turning it to SD does seem to fix it, but then the quality is so low. Apple should fix their codec, and solve this annoyance.
