How do I report and recover funds from a hacked Apple Pay transaction?

So last night, March 28 2025, at 4 am thru 8am. Someone I believe a hacker, hacked my cashapp account to put money ($190) in my Apple Pay using my whole info and identity. I really don’t know how to get it back or report this issue. I’ve been looking it up on google and nothing really seems to help with my situation. So please if Apple support can reach out would be great and so helpful.

You have funds transferred from Cash App to your Apple Cash account. Do you need to transfer funds from your Apple Cash account back to Cash App or what?
