Update Payment Information . I cannot stop this showing.

Hi. I don’t want to add an automatic payment. Reason being is in the past I missed a point on an apple subscription, thought I had cancelled it and only found out some time later multiple charges had been made. Yes this is my fault. But I wish to pay manually and manage it myself. But it will not allow me to do this. Sorry but I don’t want to give free access to apple. So how do I choose to do it manually and remove the annoying notification.

also when I type in safari about this, it says to go to app notifications in settings and disable for the app. But of course there is no such choice for settings. Funny. Not
