keyboard delay while capslock is on

hello everyone,

today I got a new MacBook m4 pro, I've noticed a strange behaviour, when the capslock is OFF everything works fine, but when the capslock is ON, there is a lag on typing, for example when I type TEST, nothing showup and suddenly whole text shows up, or when I press backspace after 500-600 ms it works, is this normal ?
