Camera Image Blurry (MacBook)

I'm experiencing an issue with my MacBook Pro's camera—the image appears very blurry, as shown in the attached screenshot.

Here are the troubleshooting steps I've already tried:

1. Tested the camera across multiple apps (Teams, Zoom, FaceTime, QuickTime) – the issue persists.
2. Restarted the computer.
3. Performed a full shutdown for 30 seconds before powering it on again.
4. Attempted an SMC reset by pressing Left Shift + Control + Option + Power for more than 20 seconds (the MacBook powers off and on again during the process).

Here are my system specs for reference:
