I want to use a business card for a business subscription and personal card for a private subscription, how do you select different payment methods for different subscriptions on your Apple account?

That’s not an option. People have been giving Apple feedback on that for years. It doesn’t seem that it’s something Apple can reliably implement.
Ive heard of people micro managing the payments and that might work if they are a week apart and just a few subscriptions. But otherwise, it’s not possible.
Thank you, that's what I thought as I couldn't find any way of doing it but it is a serious failing as I like many people use apps for business purposes and for me personally and are faced with either paying for business expenses with a private payment card or paying for private expenses with a business bank card and then sorting it out later.
Very poor that this option is not available!
Apple is faced with a dilemma, allow separate billing or keep credit card processing fees lower. Apple lumps multiple small purchases into one charge. This eliminates millions of very tiny charges being processed every days. The fees could easily double or triple the cost of items. No more 99¢ items. How minimum charges of $5.00 for a credit card purchase. Let’s not even talk about slowing down the credit card processing networks. How would you like standing in line at a grocery store while Apple dumps a couple million 99¢ charges?
So business charges would have to be processed separately and just jack up the price of business charges. Business credit card is billed $4.99. Consumer card is billed 99¢. I’m good with that. Which card would you choose now ?
