Can Not Bounce "..you don't have permission"

"The file couldn't be saved because you don't have permission"

I get this message whenever I try to bounce ANY project. The destination folder and project are both unlocked. I am the only user of this Mac (Admin).

Make sure to give Logic Pro Full Disk Access. Also, make sure to move the projects from any external hard drive to the computer hard drive itself.

From another thread...

The most likely solution is that you will need to grant full disk access to the application that is trying to save the video. To do so:

  1. Open System Preferences
  2. Click on "Security & Privacy"
  3. Click the padlock in the bottom left corner and enter your password so that you can make changes
  4. Click the "Privacy" tab
  5. In the scroll window on the left, scroll down to "Full Disk Access" and click on the icon
  6. Find the application and check the box next to that application
  7. If you do not see the application in the list that appears, click the "+" button below the list to find the application on your hard drive and add it to the list, then follow step 6

Thank you.

I have tried all of the steps you listed and still the problem persists. Also, I am not able to bounce in GarageBand either.

I was not able to find another thread on this topic. Would you mind sharing a link so that I can see if there is any information there that may help?

Thanks again, and if you can think of anything else, please let me know
