How to identify unauthorized payments from Apple?

hello. for. while now there have been payments from apple.com/bill that i do not recognize. i contacted my bank and they say there's nothing they can do about it other than start a 3 month investigation. i called again today and they said all they can do is block my card once more than give me a new one. i've changed my card already to see if maybe it was skimmed but not even a week after that there were payments again from apple.com/bill. i'm wondering if it's a case where my information is somehow attached to another apple account. my current card ends with 6**6 and my old card ended with 0**2. please help me. i'm living in jamaica so i can't call support because it's so expensive and i can't figure out how to start a live chat otherwise. the option is nowhere no matter what i press. it just goes in a loop. i can't close my current bank account cause there's an ongoing investogation. i'm losing so much money and i don't know what to do anymore.please please help me. this has been going on for so long
