Carplay Music hijacked by “review privacy information”

How do I “review privacy informationn on phone”?sometimes - when I am leaving town for a car trip - CarPlay refuses to play my Music library. It tells me to stop driving and “open Music on your iPhone and review the privacy information.”

But that never works! I stop driving, open Music and scroll through the entire privacy disclosure - expanding all the subtopics and even clicking on the links - to no avail. There is no button to press to acknowledge the policy. iPhone 11, iOS 18.1.1. Audi.
