Triple payments for one subscription from 3 banking resources.

For the last three years, I've had two Visa cards and one PayPal attached to my Apple account. All my payment resources were used for only one service. I contacted Apple support a month ago. They only reimbursed the current month's subscription, but did not respond to my complaint concerning all that period.

No one here works for Apple or has access to your account.


Apple usually only refunds the most current charges.


Speak to Apple Support and ask the 1st tier agent who takes your call to escalate your call to Customer Relations.
