Cannot add boarding passes to walllet

Hello

Help needed please.

I’m flying soon with EasyJet & their app clearly shows the add to apple wallet icon. I tap it & it asks if I want to “add all “ top right corner.

The passes appear in another screen that says “ about wallet” so seems to be correct. I tap “ add all” & the passes disappear off the bottom of the screen.

I go to the iPad settings “ wallet & Apple Pay” my credit cards are there but no passes.

What am I doing wrong ?

Thanks

iPad, iPadOS 18

No, Settings is an app. You can change how the Wallet app works by changing settings. You are not in the Wallet app.

Do not open Settings app. You need to look through your various app to find the one like I shared above. Please look at the screenshot below with the Wallet app circled in red.

You can’t add tickets, boarding passes to the Settings app. They are added to the electronic wallet, called Apple Wallet, on your iPhone.

iPad lacks the required hardware, NFC or Near Field Communication, to work with the hardware airlines use to validate boarding passes. Do you have an iPhone?

I’m glad you have that part sorted out. When it’s time to board, etc. you can double click the Side Button (AKA power button) to display the tickets. You scroll through by swiping up and down. Practice a few times and it gets easier.

You're welcome and I hope you have a great weekend!
