Unknown app using my microphone?? Help pls!

I spotted the orange dot at the top of my screen but when I opened the control panel it said the app using my microphone was “Unknown”. I can’t seem to figure out what’s using my microphone, the orange dot still appears when all my apps are shut down.

I’ve turned on App Privacy Report but I have no idea how to read the data. Can anyone help? Are there any other steps I should take?
