Trackpad haptic feedback stopped working

Hi everyone,  

After updating my MacBook Air (2020, Intel) to macOS Sequoia 15, the trackpad stopped giving haptic feedback.  

Clicking and cursor movement still work, but there’s no vibration when pressing down.

Here’s what I’ve already tried:  

– Checked all trackpad settings  

– Enabled tap-to-click  

– Reset the SMC  

– Created a new user account  

– Booted into safe mode

Still no change.  

Has anyone else experienced this after the Sequoia update?  

Could it be a software bug, or is my trackpad malfunctioning?
