MacBook Air - Apple logo flashes red upon starting to then stay on Bluetooth mouse connection.

I have followed all basic reset - reboot options provided online and am not at a loss. 🫠🥲

recwntly moving to South America I am currently unable to just drop into an Apple Store. I’m wondering if there is a hard reset that I could do? Or if anybody may be able to diagnose an issue just by the sounds of things?
