How can I fix my disabled account in iTunes and App Store?

Hello can you fix may account in apps store because everytime i’m trying to update may FB /messeger /tiktok and apps it say always your account has been disabled in Apps store and ITunes please can you help me to fix on pelase please fix my issues on this because im so dissapointed
