How can I move songs to the top of my playlist on Apple Music?

It seems like before iOS 18, you could quickly move a song within a playlist by holding it with one finger and using another to scroll to the top, which made the process much faster on mobile. However, since the update, while songs still get added to the bottom as usual, the quick scroll feature no longer works. Now, you have to hold the song at the top of the screen and wait for it to slowly scroll up, which takes much longer.

Does anyone know of a workaround for this? Or better yet, Apple should just bring back the previous functionality!
