Permissions preventing Adblockers for safari from working

i’m here frustrated trying to get my adblockers for safari to work, because i’ve noticed that they haven’t been doing anything at all recently, i’ve done everything, till i gave up, till right now im fed up with ads, i looked into the issue deeper, and found out WHY my adblockers haven’t been doing anything, and it’s because of this stupid message: “Adblocker” does not permission to read or transmit content from any webpages

theres no clear cut option to allow this “permission” at all

can someone PLEASE tell me how to fix this annoying issue?
