What is the easiest way to get 11gb of short form videos from dropbox into my iphoto?

I am trying to get 11gb worth of video footage from dropbox into my icloud. I've tried downloading to my computer but they don't download properly. I've also tried downloading to my phone but it says I don't have space (I have 1TB of storage in my icloud so not sure how to get around the "no space"). Please help! These are my wedding videos.
