Why is the App Store missing on my iPad Air?
My App Store is gone. Content and privacy restrictions are off, it’s not hidden, and it’s not in the App Library.

Turn off Screen Time completely at Settings > Screen Time, and scroll to the bottom of the screen to Turn Off Screen Time. After that restart your phone.
