Changing apple store movies to a different country

A few years ago I was living in the US and had an apple account there. I purchased a lot of movies, I’m now living in México and was wondering if there’s a way to change the movies to the mexican account. I know I can changes country settings and still see them, but since I’m paying for Apple One it won’t let me change counties while having an active subscription.
