NFC not working for Apple Pay on iPhone XS with iOS 18.3.2

I have for 3 days now had my apple pay not working (i double tap get prometed with the HOLD NEAR READER and nothing happens) after investigating i found out that my NFC doesn't work either (My city has an app where i can top up my transport card through NFC and it is not getting detected anymore . and god i tried)

I tried factory reseting the network

restarting multiples times

going into diagnostic mode and it says that apple pay and nfc are working okay (?)

What else can i do ..

Have you tried without a case on the iPhone? There are no settings for NFC, it either works or it doesn’t. The NFC module itself might be OK, but the antenna is broken. The diagnostic app can only test the module. It can’t check the signal for proper signal strength.
