Which email account are you referring to? Google, iCloud, AOL, Exchange, Outlook, Yahoo or any Other (Refer to the pic )below

- Is this your corporate iPhone? Then please contact the system administrator of your corporate
- If it is your personal device, in that case, do you have any profile installed by your corporate/organization/enterprise/School Management?
- Erase the profile added by you If you have installed a profile on your own --> Install or remove configuration profiles on iPhone - Apple ...
- Or please get in touch with the system administrator of the organization who provided the profile to you

It depends on the email provider and your email settings:
- IMAP Accounts (Gmail, iCloud, Outlook, etc.)
- When you delete an email on your iPhone, it is also deleted from the email server and other synced devices.
- Some services move deleted emails to a Trash or Bin folder, where they stay for a set period (e.g., Gmail keeps them for 30 days before permanent deletion).
- If your iPhone is offline when deleting an email, the change syncs once it reconnects.
- POP Accounts
- If your iPhone is set to delete from the server when removed from Inbox, the email is deleted from the server when you delete it from your phone.
- If set to keep emails on the server, then the deleted email remains on the email provider’s server and can still be accessed from another device.
- Exchange Accounts (Work/School Emails)
- Deletions sync across all devices unless retention policies are in place (some companies retain deleted emails for a set period before final deletion).
If you accidentally delete an email, check the Trash/Bin folder on both your iPhone and the webmail interface of your email provider.
