How can I stop Apple Music from playing random tracks?

every so often when I open apple music it will instantly start playing The Abyss by the weekend even though ive only heard the song once and don’t have it in any playlist or marked as a favorite and every time it does this it interrupts whatever song I currently had playing. Can anyone tell me how to get my apple music to default to the same song
