iPhone mail app not automatically receiving pushes

Over the last few weeks I am no longer getting push emails automatically. Phone is on 18.3.2, use an icloud email.

I have to open my mail app and have it manually check for mail.

Phone has been rebooted, email removed/added back and still same thing
